Guinness Zero Review: Could This Be The Best Non-Alcohol Beer?
I am always rather disappointed when I try non-alcoholic beers. Most just have a strange taste that is far from the experience of drinking the regular kind. Guinness Zero, however, does not have this problem, and in my opinion, could be the best non-alcoholic beer currently available. Before we get into my review, here are some key details about Guinness Zero, including calories, alcohol content, and other nutritional information.
Alcohol-Free Guinness: Key Information

Guinness 0.0 contains no more than 0.05% alcohol and as such it is classed as an alcohol-free beer. Not only is it alcohol-free, but it is also low in calories with just 17 kcal per 100ml. Here’s a table summarizing other key nutritional information about Guinness 0.0.

Guinness 0.0 Taste
Now to answer the important question: How does Guinness 0.0 taste? As I alluded to earlier, I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried Guinness Zero. Just like its alcoholic counterpart, it boasts roasted flavors with hints of coffee and dark chocolate, which is typical of stouts. After the initial sip, there’s also a discernible light hop bitterness, mirroring the taste profile of regular Guinness. Does it taste exactly like the classic version? No, but it’s impressively close!

In terms of mouthfeel, Guinness 0.0 delivers a smooth and creamy texture, reminiscent of the original. This similarity is attributed to the widget found in the can. This small plastic ball is filled with nitrogen, which, when the can is opened, is released to create that signature velvety foam and texture associated with a perfectly poured pint of Guinness.
