Hey there! My name is Stefan. I’m a Dutch guy from the Netherlands who has traveled the world for the past two years. I blog for a living and BeverageBeaver is very much a result of that passion. Below, you can read more about why I started BeverageBeaver.

Why BeverageBeaver?
Honestly, tell me what’s cooler than having a blog about beer? Having a blog about cars maybe (but it just so happens that I also do have that one) so beers are the next-best cool thing.
Besides beers having an obvious cool factor, I’m also a giant fan of the drink. When I was 16 I was legally allowed to drink in the Netherlands (no complaints from my side on the legal drinking age back in the Netherlands back in the day).
Ever since I started drinking beer, it’s been my number one choice as an alcoholic drink by far. People have tried to hook me on other drinks (cocktails, wines, strong liquor) but for me, nothing beats the good old beer.

Furthermore, beers offer a complete universe of flavors in themselves. Every brand has its own unique attributes, not to mention the different kinds of beers that have been developed in the hundreds of years the drink has been an all-time favorite around the globe.
The goal of BeverageBeaver? To answer all your questions about beer, so that you not only know a whole lot more about them but can also enjoy them more and discover new ones whenever you want.
Cheers to that!

Some media platforms are also picking up on my research and have mentioned BeverageBeaver on their website. Here are the ones that I think are worth mentioning.

Our Method
On this blog, I write about beers all the time. This, of course, also means I have to taste them. Therefore, I try to get my hands on as many beers as possible. Below is a compilation of me together with the beers I’ve been able to get my hands on (these aren’t all of them, but you get the idea).

My personal research is then complimented by information I’m able to find all across the internet. Including, but not limited too, websites of the manufacturers as well as popular beer review websites and other sources. All in all, I try to do my absolute best to provide you with the best information on the beer you’re researching.
