A Blind Russian Cocktail is like a White Russian but with Irish Cream instead of Heavy cream/milk. The reason this is called a “blind” drink is the fact that all the ingredients that make up this cocktail contain alcohol. Having tried this cocktail recently, I can tell you that it is pretty strong and incredibly sweet. It’s perfect for an after-dinner cocktail or as a sweet treat when you’re in the mood. Here’s how to make a Blind Russian Cocktail:

A Blind Russian is made with Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, and Irish Cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)

  • 1 oz Irish Cream (Baileys)

Directions

  • Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in 2 oz of vodka.
  • Pour in 1 oz of coffee liqueur.
  • Pour in 1 oz of Irish cream.
  • Stir to combine.
