Blind Russian Cocktail Recipe

A Blind Russian Cocktail is like a White Russian but with Irish Cream instead of Heavy cream/milk. The reason this is called a “blind” drink is the fact that all the ingredients that make up this cocktail contain alcohol. Having tried this cocktail recently, I can tell you that it is pretty strong and incredibly sweet. It’s perfect for an after-dinner cocktail or as a sweet treat when you’re in the mood. Here’s how to make a Blind Russian Cocktail:

  1. Sometimes, my cocktails curdle and others times not. What I’m I doing? I think I follow the recipe (simple, you’d think) the same way, but sometimes I get an ugly Blind Russian…

    1. If you’re using only vodka, Kahlua, and Baileys, then I can’t see why it would curdle. The only reason I can think why would be is if you’re using really old baileys (although baileys takes a very long time to go bad) or if you’re using some homemade Irish cream, in which case perhaps the milk/cream in that is going bad. Anyway, if you’re using vodka, Kahlua, and Baileys, I don’t think it should curdle. I hope you figure it out.
