Ingredients
2 oz Vodka
Grapefruit Juice (to top up)
Coarse/Kosher Salt
Grapefruit Wedge
Directions
- Run a grapefruit wedge around the rim of a rock glass.
- Turn the glass upside down and press it into a plate of coarse/kosher salt, ensuring the rim is evenly covered in salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour 2 oz vodka over the ice.
- Top up with grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve.
