Cape Cod Cocktail Recipe (Vodka Cranberry)

A Cape Cod cocktail, or Cape Codder as it is sometimes called, is essentially a vodka cranberry. It’s a simple, refreshing cocktail known for its tart, slightly sweet flavor and its rich red color. Most Cape Cod recipes suggest serving a Cape Cod in a highball or Collins glass. However, I like my cocktails strong, and so I serve it in an Old Fashioned glass with only a minimal amount of cranberry juice. Obviously, you can adjust the amount of cranberry juice and/or vodka to your taste. Here’s how I make a Cape Cod cocktail.
